These terms cover your use of this website and any reservation you place through it. By creating an account or reserving, you agree to them.

A reservation is a hold, not a purchase

Placing a reservation asks us to set an item aside for you. It is not a completed sale and it does not transfer ownership. Nothing is charged online. You pay at the counter when you collect. Cash only. Either side is free to walk away before then.

You must be 21 or older

Accounts and reservations are for adults aged 21 and over. You must bring valid government-issued photo identification when you collect. We check it every time. No ID means no collection — there are no exceptions, and we will not release an order to anyone other than the person who placed it.

Collection and hold times

• Everything is collected in store. We do not ship and we do not deliver.
• We will let you know when your reservation is ready.
• We hold ready reservations for 24 hours. After that the hold lapses and the items go back on sale. Nothing is charged.
• Need longer? Call us before the hold runs out and we will usually extend it.

Cancelling

You can cancel any reservation from your account until you collect it, at no cost. We may cancel a reservation if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we believe the account is being misused, or if we are unable to verify your age at the counter.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock shown on this site can change without notice, and mistakes happen. If a price is listed in error we will tell you before you collect and you are free to walk away. The price you pay is the price at the counter.

We may refuse service

We can decline to serve anyone, and we will decline where somebody cannot show valid identification, appears to be under the influence, is behaving abusively toward staff, or where we believe a purchase is being made on behalf of someone underage.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details — a wrong email address means you will not hear that your order is ready.

Nothing here is medical advice

We provide this website as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place a reservation is the one that applies to it.
