What we aim for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means:

• Everything works from the keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible.
• Text meets contrast requirements against its background.
• Forms have real labels, and errors are described in words rather than by colour alone.
• Pages are built with proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate them.
• Animation respects your system setting for reduced motion.
• The site reflows to any screen size without a horizontal scrollbar.
• Nothing important is conveyed by colour on its own.

Where we know we fall short

We test as we build, but we are a small shop and we will miss things. If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we would genuinely like to know — it is the fastest way for us to fix it.
