Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Everything's tied to a verified account — it takes a minute to set up.
Why do you need my ID?
You must be 21+. Bring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or state ID) when you pick up — we check it at the counter. No ID means no pickup.
Can I pay online?
No — you pay at the counter when you pick up. Cash only.
How long will you hold my order?
One day. If you need longer, give us a call and we'll hold it.
What do I need to bring for pickup?
A valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21+ (driver's license or state ID). We check it at the counter before handing anything over.
Where are you and when are you open?
We're at 517 W Cross St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 — open daily, 11am–10pm.
Do you deliver or ship?
No. Everything is pickup in store.
