In short: we collect what we need to hold your order and tell you when it is ready. We do not sell your information, we do not keep a copy of your ID, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and a mobile number if you give us one. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody here can read it.
• Date of birth — kept as your confirmation that you are old enough to buy from us.
• Reservations — what you reserved, when, and whether you collected it.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form.
• Technical information — the IP address a reservation or account was created from, and basic server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

• No payment information. Nothing is charged online. You pay at the counter, and no card details ever reach this website.
• No copy of your ID. We check photo ID in person when you collect and hand it straight back. We record only that the check happened and who did it — never an image, a number, or a scan.
• No tracking for advertising. We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to brokers.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use your details to hold your reservation, let you know when it is ready, and answer you if you get in touch. We keep reservation history while your account is open because it is how we — and you — can look up what you ordered. Delivery records for messages we sent you are kept for up to a year. Server logs are kept for around 60 days.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work: our web host, and the provider that delivers our email or text messages. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We may disclose information where the law requires it. If we are ever compelled to do so, we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from telling you.

Your choices

• Update your details or your notification preferences from your account at any time.
• Turn off news and marketing without affecting messages about your reservations.
• Ask us to delete your account. Contact us and we will remove it, keeping only what we are legally required to keep.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are hashed, and staff access is limited to what is needed to run the shop. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected customers promptly if something goes wrong.

Children

This site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page.
